Who is the trade show aimed at?
The trade show is reserved for B2B professionals: microbusinesses, SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large industrial groups, as well as their technology providers and suppliers.

🎟️ Access and registration

Is admission free?
Yes, admission to the fair is free upon registration.
Can I register on site?
Yes, there will be a registration desk at the entrance, but we recommend registering online to save time.
Can students visit the show?
Please note that access for students is limited to Wednesday, November 18, in the afternoon only, and is reserved for students who have successfully completed two years of post-high school education and are attending the fair for the purpose of technology monitoring. 
For students at other academic levels or with other career guidance needs, we invite you to attend the Career Guidance Fair, which will take place in January 2027 and is better suited to these needs. 
Students who do not meet these criteria will be denied entry to the fair.

How to get to the Mulhouse Exhibition Center?
🚘 By car: direct access via the A36 motorway and free parking on site. 
 🚆 By train: Mulhouse TGV station (15 minutes by car or tram/bus). 
 ✈️ By plane: Basel-Mulhouse airport 25 minutes away, Strasbourg and Zurich 1 hour away.
🚈 Trams run every 6 to 7 minutes during the day 
  • Tram Line 2 “Nouveau Bassin > < Coteaux” → get off at the Porte Jeune station for a direct connection to Tram Line 1 toward Châtaignier → get off at the Musée de l’Auto station (5-minute ride) 
  • The Musée de l’Auto station is a 5-minute walk from Parc Expo 
  • Convenient alternative: the bus 
🚍 Line C5 → Parc Expo m2A stop 
  •  Line C5a “Jonquilles > Parc Expo m2A” 
  • Return trip on Line C5b → “Parc Expo m2A > Jonquilles” 
  • Runs every 12 minutes during the day, then every 20–30 minutes in the evening 


What are the exhibition opening hours?
The exhibition is open on Tuesday, November 17 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, November 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Yes, Mulhouse and its surroundings offer a wide range of hotels.

What types of exhibitors can I meet?
Technology solution providers, industrial service providers, software publishers, players in the energy, data, cybersecurity, industrial optimization, logistics, and many other sectors.
Where can I find the floor plan and list of exhibitors?
The floor plan will be available online a few days before the event. The list of exhibitors is available on the website. A visitor program will be distributed on site on the day of the event, along with the floor plan, program, and list of exhibitors.

How do I know which exhibitors and conferences are relevant to my needs?
On the exhibitor page and the program page, you can search by name, keyword, or theme. A few weeks before the fair, you can also create a customized themed itinerary. The website is still under construction, and information about the program and exhibitors for the next edition will be added gradually.
Does the exhibition offer conferences?
Yes, a packed program of plenary sessions, conferences, round tables, and workshops is offered over two days, with experts and concrete feedback. Conferences last between 30 and 45 minutes, and plenary sessions between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. The website is still under construction, and information about the program and exhibitors for the next edition will be added gradually.

Are the conferences free to attend?
Access is included in the exhibition registration fee. To receive a reminder, register for the conference you wish to attend.

Business meetings: can I contact exhibitors?
Yes, an online networking platform is available before the show to schedule your meetings with exhibitors. This system is scheduled to launch in early October.
Is there catering on site?
Yes, there are several catering outlets and social areas within the show.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi access is available to all visitors.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, parking is free and large enough to accommodate all visitors.
Is there somewhere I can leave my coat and luggage?
Yes, there is a cloakroom and luggage storage area at the entrance to the show, at a cost of €2 per coat hanger or piece of luggage.

You can contact an exhibitor again via the business meeting system, which remains open after the show, or send a message to the exhibitor.
Can I review my scheduled meetings via the networking platform?
Yes, all your scheduled meetings are accessible in your personal space, in the “agenda” tab.
