Industrial Cybersecurity in the Face of an Increasingly Complex Threat

Nov 18, 2026 | 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM

Salle plénière

Description

Cybersecurity is becoming increasingly complex. On the one hand, threats are growing in number, and the geopolitical context is amplifying the most dangerous ones. On the other hand, technological progress—and more recently, the surge in interest in AI—is only expanding the scope of what needs to be defended. Every technological advance is a double-edged sword: productivity gains on one side, a risk to mitigate on the other. In light of this, regulators have implemented a whole series of requirements, which are often perceived as a burden by smaller businesses. The fact remains that a single cyberattack—or a single ransomware attack—can be enough to bring your business to its knees. This is an opportunity to look back at disasters that were averted and to share best practices. It’s also a chance to discuss the challenges small businesses face compared to large corporations when dealing with regulatory constraints and crisis situations.
