ENSISA
For over 160 years, ENSISA has been training multi-skilled engineers in a wide variety of fields. Initially focused on textile engineering, the school's core business today covers 5 specialties, at the heart of the industry of the future and society's digital transformation:
- Automation & Embedded Systems ;
- Industrial engineering ;
- IT & networks ;
- Mechanics ;
- Textiles & Fibers.
Since 2015, a post-bac cycle integrated into the school has been accessible after the baccalauréat; these recruitments are made via the INSA platform, the school being INSA's partner for student recruitment, via the INSA Group. With a network of nearly 3,000 active graduates, ENSISA continues to forge new links with industrial and institutional partners in France and abroad.
SCHOOL-COMPANY RELATIONS AT ENSISA: PROJECTS, INTERNSHIPS, PROFESSIONALIZATION CONTRACTS AND APPRENTICESHIPS.
Entrusting a project to a student-engineer means enabling your company to innovate and enhance your skills! We offer you the opportunity to work with our student engineers on projects, or to integrate them into your structure as part of an internship, professionalization contract or apprenticeship.
The study project is an opportunity for your company and our student engineers to work together on an industrial project at the school, giving you the benefit of expertise outside your company's culture. Carried out over 2 months (May-June), i.e. 200 hours with 2nd year students (bac +4 level), or over 1 semester (September to January), i.e. between 100 and 150 hours, with 3rd year students (bac +5 level), in pairs or trios, it is supervised by a referent teacher from the school. An agreement is signed, and the project gives rise to a written report and an oral presentation.
- Internships are an opportunity for our student engineers to carry out industrial assignments within your company.
1st and 2nd year internships (bac +3 and bac +4) last from 4 to 10 weeks between May and August.
The 6-month engineering internship (bac +5 level) concludes the student engineer's training at ENSISA.
- Work-study contracts: The contrat de professionnalisation is a work-study contract during the final year of the engineering curriculum, combining work in a company with training at ENSISA as follows:
o from September to February: each week: 3 days at the school and 2 days at the company, or 15 days at the school and 15 days at the company (depending on the specialization);
o from March to September: full-time at the company for the end-of-study internship.
- Apprenticeships in IT & networks are offered in the last two years of the engineering curriculum (bac +4 and bac +5). After a 1st year of full-time training at the school, the apprenticeship takes place as follows:
o 15 days at the company and 15 days at the school for 1 ½ years;
o the last semester of the training is spent full-time at the company.
